All sales are final once processed.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thepeptidecompany.co.
Be sure to include your order number, photos of the shipment, and a brief description of the issue so we can review your claim promptly.

We will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis and may issue a replacement or store credit if deemed appropriate.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be granted at our sole discretion.

Please note that The Peptide Company is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier, customs inspection, or any event beyond our control.
