Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and cleared. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Shipping Methods
We ship using major carriers such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx depending on your selected option at checkout.
Average transit times within the United States are 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
International orders may require 7–14 business days, not including potential customs delays.
Domestic Shipping
Free standard shipping is available for U.S. orders over $300. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to select regions. Please ensure that peptide products are permitted for import in your country before ordering.
The Peptide Company is not responsible for customs holds, import duties, or confiscations. Customers are responsible for knowing their country’s regulations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier backlogs, weather conditions, or customs processing.
If your order appears delayed, contact us at info@thepeptidecompany.co and we’ll assist you in tracking it.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of our products (for research purposes only), all sales are final.
However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit.
To be eligible for a replacement:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, The Peptide Company is not liable for lost or stolen shipments.
We recommend ensuring the delivery address is secure. If a shipment is lost in transit before delivery is confirmed, please contact us — we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue where possible.
